Returning fabric
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on fabric. Once the fabric is cut, the sale is final. All fabrics are cut to order. We can only cancel orders if the fabric has not been cut yet. Orders are sometimes prepared immediately after order confirmation so please reach out to us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order. To request a cancellation, please send an email to info@primefabrics.com with your name and order number in the subject line. Please explain the reason for your request and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
How to ensure you will be happy with your purchase?
We understand that purchasing fabric online is difficult, especially since all orders are final sale. It is highly recommended to order a swatch before you order so you can get a feel for the fabric's drape, texture, weight, and color. We always try our best to take accurate pictures, but nothing compares to seeing the fabric in real life. You can purchase a swatch directly on the product page. If a swatch is available for purchase, there will be a button on the page to add a swatch to your cart (some fabrics are excluded from swatching). Also, we are happy to answer questions you may have and provide additional information on any fabric.
Problem with your order?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order. We will not accept any refund requests after 14 days from the delivery date of the fabric.
